If you have any livestock that you would like to be processed, you can carry it to our slaughter facility. This is a great opportunity for farmers who do not have the means to process their animals.
The animals are humanely treated throughout the slaughter process. We have an USDA inspector on site daily and occasionally a veterinarian.
You have the choice to have your meat USDA inspected for resale or uninspected for personal use at no additional cost.
You are able to speak face-to-face with our butcher to determine how you would like your meat to be cut.
